When you approach women do they rudely interrupt you by pulling out their cell phones and talking to their imaginary boyfriend/girlfriend? Time for a nerd makeover.

If you are under the care of a physician you should consult them first before making radical lifestyle changes.

Diet: IMPORTANT! Eat at least 3 small meals a day. If you skip meals your body might get sore or not heal itself correctly, causing age-related symptoms. Eat less, but more often. Always try to include some protein (meat or mixed grains). Don't overdo it, I mean don't eat too much protein. Think balance. If this means a handful of nuts to go along with the usual doughnut and coffee then go for it. That's better than no breakfast at all. This goes in addition to the usual advice.

Mild exercise: Walks, bike riding, calisthenics. To avoid soreness, increase gradually over a period of weeks. Don't overdo it. Too much exercise makes people sore and then they want to quit. Think mild exercise daily.

Body building: First do some mild exercise for at least two weeks, then we'll talk about bodybuilding.
